GiftWrap Plus manages a tremendous amount of information related to the member or donor. This would include, but is not limited to: personal information, multiple transactions, multiple addresses, associated groups, pledges, inquiries, credit card information, and multiple bank accounts. This information is managed through the member selection from the main menu. This section acts as one portal to all facets related to the member.
Member information in GiftWrap Plus acts as the hub for all of the data and processes that will run system wide. As such, the integrity of the member data is paramount. GiftWrap Plus Servers are constantly running proven routines that aid the non-profit organization in the process of maintaining this data integrity. These processes are unique to GWP as an Application Service Provider and mark one of the important differences that distinguish us from the rest of our competition. We offer in this process, the unique ability to transfer our expertise in database management to our customers at no additional expense.
Member information is also obtained by online donations as well as other contacts made through your website. As new users enter your website and provide a contribution and/or contact information to the organization, their data is automatically stored in the system. Additionally, those individuals that submit inquiries online or request materials are also entered automatically into the system.

Total amount contributed is calculated by starting with the "Total Transaction Amount", this is typically the amount of the check or credit card payment received from the donor, and then subtracting out all of the other payments.

For example, if you are trying to print out a donor record, you will see a printer icon when you are viewing the donor of interest. All of the reports can be printed out or saved locally in the following formats: Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, HTML, and Microsoft Excel. This makes getting to your data very easy.
